PK 67 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PK 67 website at pk67.world, including all betting markets, live casino products, card games, and any other services we make available. By accessing any part of the site — even just browsing — you are signalling your acceptance of these Terms.

If you register an account, place a bet, make a deposit, or play any game on PK 67, that constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of everything written here, as well as any additional rules that may apply to specific products or promotions.

To use PK 67 you must meet all of the following criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 67 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will verify ages where required.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee of PK 67, an immediate family member of such an employee, or affiliated with any of our technology or payment providers in a way that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from PK 67 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

PK 67 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You may only hold one account on PK 67 at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or someone else's — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, current, and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during sign-up. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any balance.

PK 67 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a review. This is standard industry practice and exists to protect all members from fraud and money laundering.

All deposits on PK 67 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. PK 67 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If we detect a deposit from a payment source that does not match your registered name, the deposit may be held pending investigation and returned to the source.

• PK 67 does not charge fees on standard deposits — your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for most payment methods.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours to reflect during banking hours.
• Once a deposit is accepted and credited, it cannot be reversed by request unless it was made in error and no bets have been placed.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time for funds that are not currently committed to active bets. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.

PK 67 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 hour.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to 24 hours, subject to banking hours.
• Debit Card: 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.

PK 67 may pause a withdrawal for up to 48 hours to conduct standard fraud and verification checks, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large amounts. You will be notified if your withdrawal is under review. We do not withhold legitimate winnings and resolve reviews as quickly as possible.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by PK 67, it is binding. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where PK 67 explicitly provides a Cash Out or early settlement option on that specific market.

PK 67 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A bet was accepted at an incorrect price due to a manifest technical error.
• A sporting event is abandoned, postponed significantly, or declared invalid by the governing body.
• Evidence exists that the outcome of an event was manipulated or subject to corruption.
• A bet was placed using funds that originated from fraudulent activity.

Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulators. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and game pages. PK 67 will honour payouts up to the stated maximum regardless of the outcome.

PK 67 runs various promotions for its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, enhanced odds events, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the offer.

General rules that apply to all PK 67 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• PK 67 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus if it suspects abuse or fraudulent intent.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
• Promotional offers are for entertainment purposes — they do not guarantee profit and should not be used as a primary gambling strategy.

PK 67 expects all members to use the platform honestly and in good faith. The following actions are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, possible permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance:

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes in live casino or card game environments.
• Deliberately exploiting a technical glitch or pricing error to generate profit.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using PK 67 to launder money or transfer funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PK 67 staff or other members in any communication channel.

PK 67 operates monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and suspicious account activity. We cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when required.

PK 67 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with PK 67, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

In summary, your data is used to verify your identity, process payments, deliver the services you use on PK 67, and detect fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required.

PK 67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its members seriously. We provide the following tools to all members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all marketing.

PK 67 may suspend or close any account at its discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised by the account holder.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money deposits and winnings that are not implicated in the breach will generally be returned to the original payment method after our investigation is complete. PK 67 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the member within 10 business days.

PK 67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally interrupt service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PK 67 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect or delayed data.
• Any loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity that you claim to have suffered.
• Technical failures caused by your own device, internet connection, or operating environment.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

PK 67 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered members by email or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of PK 67 after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account. Any bets placed and accepted before the date of an amendment remain governed by the Terms that were in force when those bets were placed.
